This week, I suggest, eat as follows: Monday: Eat powdered poached reconstituted potatos factory-packed in Europe. Tuesday: Eat poached biscuits that are not packaged in boxes. Wednesday: Eat blue fuzzy baked dumplings that are thrown away by others. Thursday: Get by on a little mustards that you bought at a discount. Friday: Eat a little poached blue noodle dishes that are imported from overseas. Saturday: Limit yourself to a little pickled freshly-killed vegetables that you find. Sunday: Eat...

Panagiotis Spoulos is a Greek musician & experimenter of sound with a wide range of projects both musical & non musical. On Sweet Drown, drones are made with more of an electrical sound slightly fluctuating, creating a dizzy experience & sometimes an atmosphere of dread & noise. Listen carefully for the screams buried deep in the background.

XEDH moods fluctuate between dark ambient and industrial on first two tracks, the third of them is a bit different: more minimal and, as the time is passing by, it gets more and more noisy. It's dark music with claustrophobic atmosphere.

DJ Szowhat's latest quasi-improv noise pieces made using the free software FoolsDicta V1 from Leafcutter John. These were edited for length and are primordially lo-fi. Constantly morphing, dynamic, somehow 'rhythmatic' atmospheres building and destroying one another. ...Or am I just excited about the software? These are experiments and I'm interested in and appreciate any and all comments, questions and feedback. Here or by email - and promptly responded to. I am also interested in doing...

Bloody death and fertility are inescapably linked connotations for the many-seeded pomegranate with its dark red juice: symbols of fertility because of their many seeds, yet of death because of the vivid blood red of the pulp. (See life-death-rebirth deity.) Images of pomegranates were woven onto the Hebrew priest`s robes. (see Exodus chapter 28:33) In the development of European iconography, the pomegranate developed into the Orb that a monarch holds at coronation. Maximilian I, Holy Roman...

Four experimental ambience pieces (amongst an array of others) that were produced in 98-99 under the moniker of "Transient". These four were not publicised back then. Executed through mainly CoolEdit and diverse input sources, through a method of "painting" with sound, leading to highly processed pieces, but also irreversibly fixated in form, like a painting. But lets maintain that the technique is irrelevant, only endresults count.

Treetrunk is proud to present a whimsical and intelligent set of generative pieces by K.M. Krebs. "The Jade Furnace I is the first in an undetermined number of albums that will be released on Treetrunk Records. The name is derived from a Taoist alchemical metaphor that denotes the space in which the great work of alchemical transformation takes place. I have always felt a very strong resonance between the process of creating music and the symbolism and metaphors of alchemy. This album...

To get to point B the object must first reach the midpoint B1 between points A and B. However before this can be done the object must reach the midpoint B2 between points A and B1. Likewise before it can do this, it must reach the midpoint B3 between points A and B2, and so on. Therefore the motion can never begin. - en.wikipedia.org

The Unnecessary Revolution exists for no purpose in its different forms and with changing band members ever since 1991. loyal to the bizzare system that was forced upon them ever since they came up with their name, the unnecessary revolution never missed a chance to fail in their well tought, acquired skills. their music falls into the mello-dyslectic genre, a mutation of french chansons, psychedelia and avantgarde jazz music that was left in the sun to sour. "1st of 3" was recorded...

Diatribes is an improvisation project formed by two jazz musicians, drummer Cyril Bondi and saxophonist Gael Riondel, and D'Incise, an electronic producer focused on sound designing. The meeting of these musicians has created a hybrid between two different conceptions of experimentation in music; free jazz and manipulation of cold electronic sounds. This concept seems to be quite simple since you listen to it: digital noise added to nervous drumming improvisation, shrill sax matched with a...

Diatribes began its existence under another name dÂincise dÂoù inductions in a Geneva basement in winter 2004. The idea behind the band was to mix three distinct sources (wind, percussion and electronic) in order to develop a malleable mass of sound. The saxophone and drums get confused with the treatment of their own sound, in a primary dance, where construction and destruction coexist, and envy and disgust unite. The relationship with the audience is deep and intimate. Dreams and fears...

This desolate place still has its apartment towers, factories, schools and other building intact but crumbling. Through drones, musique concrete and other idioms of electronic music, Mika guides us through its resonant passageways. Previous releases by Mika Björklund on Webbed Hand Records...
